Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up until 4pm the afternoon prior to a tour. For cancellations after 4pm the afternoon prior to departure, there will be no refund. K’gari Salty Safaris does not offer cash refunds.
On occasion, K’gari Salty Safaris and Fraser Tours may have to cancel tours due to unfavorable weather, or if minimum group numbers for a tour aren’t met. In this unlikely event, you will be offered a tour on another suitable day, or issued a full refund within 24 hours of cancellation. Only in specific circumstances will a full refund be given if the customer cancels a tour.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
