The Woolshed Eco Lodge is a sustainable, accommodation in the heart of Hervey Bay and is the ideal accommodation for budget minded travellers visiting Hervey Bay. Located on one acre of land, the four buildings are surrounded by lush tropical gardens, a fish pond, as well as beautiful trees that attract a variety of wildlife. The Woolshed is known for its unique common room, which was constructed based on a traditional Aussie Woolshed, where you can sit back and relax and make new friends. Made completely of wood, the common area is also home to our shared kitchen, where you can cook your own meals and keep your budget in mind. Important Information
Important Information:
Payment for all accommodation will be pre-authorised on your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival. If booked within 48 hours of arrival, credit card will be per-authorized when we receive and process the booking. All failed transactions (invalid card, insufficient funds etc) could result in cancellation of booking.
All late check in's are charged full rate before reception closes for the night (7pm). Keys left out and late check in procedure will then be sent to booking email address or text.
All our rooms are Non Smoking. If smoke is detected in a room an extra $50 cleaning fee will apply.
If rooms are left in an unreasonable state and require extra cleaning a $50 fee will apply.
Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
Off street parking is free and available for our top end private rooms.
It should be noted that travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients, we cannot be responsible for personal injury or loss due to actions of our clients which are beyond our control. We recommend that all clients have travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings or not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure. Please be aware operators pass on credit card merchant fees so there is a non refundable 1.5% surcharge for VISA and MASTERCARD card purchases.
Cancellations
Woolshed Eco Lodge cancellation Policy: 48 Hours from 10am on your day of arrival. All cancellations we receive less than 48 hours prior to this time will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
All cancellations made result in 25% cancellation fee of the recommended retail price (RRP), not discounted or sale prices. Any cancellations made 60-30 days prior to travel will result in a 50% cancellation fee and any cancellations made inside of 30 days to departure will result in forfeit of full trip fees.

No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
